The best word to describe Oluwatoyosi is that she is a Public Health Enthusiast. She has a Master's degree in Parasitology from the University of Ibadan and her First degree from the University of Ado Ekiti, now Ekiti State University. She currently works with the Nigeria Center for Disease Control and Prevention at the subnational level, supporting the Ekiti State Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC) in detecting, preventing, and responding to disease outbreaks around communities in Ekiti. Oluwatoyosi has been part of several public health intervention projects across Ekiti State and Nigeria. Also, she is energetic and always committed to selfless services; her commitment to duty and team spirit has earned the State several notable National Awards of Excellence in Disease Surveillance. I do not doubt her exceptional leadership qualities, integrity, energy, and teamwork abilities to deliver all she learns from the CYFI program.
